Summer is well upon us and the tuna are out in force there have been some great yellowfin catches in the Bay of Plenty (Good to see them back) and we are finally getting some warmer water down here in Wellington and the schools of Albies are arriving with it. Just head out wide find the warm blue water or the birds working and troll around them.
We have a great deal on pre-rigged tuna lures, six for $50 bucks, just take them out of the pack clip them on and away you go.
Fresh albacore or yellowfin make great ceviche or sashimi or cook it rare like a steak what ever takes your fancy.
