Shipping

We ship throughout New Zealand. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but are generally 2–5 business days for North Island and 3–7 business days for South Island and rural areas.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Shipping rates for your order will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at admin@OK.fish for international shipping enquiries.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at admin@OK.fish with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you with instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
